About The Village Care Network Inc
Our mission is to ensure that no child goes hungry or unsupported by mobilising community resources to deliver food, care, and early intervention to keep children safe, nourished, and engaged.
Our vision is a community where every child has access to the support, nourishment, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
Because it truly takes a village to raise a child.
At The Village, we aim to provide practical, community-led support to children and families facing hardship, ensuring that no child goes hungry, unsupported, or overlooked.
Every meal is more than just food…
It represents care, support, and reassurance that a child has not been forgotten.
We work alongside schools, volunteers, local businesses, and community partners to deliver meaningful assistance where it is needed most.
Through partnerships with local schools, volunteers, sponsors, food providers, and community supporters, The Village Care Network Inc helps provide practical assistance to children who may otherwise arrive at school hungry or without adequate support.

Known throughout the community for her contributions, Noo was recognised as the 2026 Southern Downs Citizen of the Year Award for outstanding commitment to strengthening community wellbeing.
Renee Wilson
Secretary and Founding Member
With a background in training and compliance, Renee has experience with not-for-profits with Cruise for Charity, sporting clubs and ACNC management with SCARD Inc.
Tobias ‘Toby’ Wilson
Treasurer and Founding Member
Like Renee, Toby has a background in training and compliance and has experience with not-for-profits, including local festivals, sporting clubs, and ACNC management with SCARD Inc.
