We would love for you to come and visit! Here are answers to some common questions:
What time are services?
We have a Sunday service at 10:30a that last 75 minutes. We meet in the Edwardstown Primary school gym which is a lovely light auditorium. At the door, you will be welcomed by friendly people and they can give you helpful information from our Welcome Table.
The service has a relaxed and friendly feel. Our children and youth programs run during our morning services.
What do I wear?
Most people dress neat casual. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts are common. Come as you are!
Where do I park?
There is parking around the school. Please observe the parking signs and respect the neighbour’s driveways. You can find the meeting space by walking through the car park to the centre of the school. Follow the sound of music playing and look for the large modern gym-like building!
Where do I go once inside?
As you approach our church you will be greeted by our welcomers. People at our church are friendly and will help you feel welcome. Feel free to chat or take a seat.
What about children?
We offer a great environment for children Sunday morning called ‘Sunday Funday’. This includes all children from ages 3 years to 12 years. Our vision is to develop and strengthen a close personal relationship with Jesus and people. Children attend with their families the first 15 minutes of the morning service and move into Sunday Funday after the weekly Kids’ Talk. Parents/Caregivers are welcome to attend the class with their child. The program is run in a separate building to the worship space. Children at the end of the service are brought back to the auditorium.
All staff and volunteers in our children program complete Child Safe Environment and Protective Practices requirements.
What about young people?
Young people attend with their families the first 15 minutes of morning service and move into the ‘Oasis’ Youth program after the weekly Kids’ Talk. The youth meet in a separate building to the worship space. The youth program runs through bible and life teaching in an age relevant way.
All staff and volunteers in our youth program complete Child Safe Environment and Protective Practices requirements.
