Due to CoVid 19 we have a dedicated YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/VillageBHBC/

But when things return to normal, we would love for you to come and visit! Here are answers to some common questions:

What time are services?
We have 2 Sunday services at 10:00a and 7:00pm that last 75 minutes. At the door, you will be welcomed by friendly people and can be helped at our Welcome Table in the foyer. A ‘Sunday Funday’ table is at the entrance for Children’s ministry information and registering your children.

Both services have a relaxed and friendly feel. Sunday nights have a particular young adult and youth feel and are more relaxed again! Our children and youth programs run during our morning services.

What do I wear?
Most people dress neat casual. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts are common. Come as you are!

Where do I park?
There is parking at the rear of the church building or in the surrounding streets. Please observe the parking signs and respect the neighbour’s driveways.

What about children?
We offer a great environment for children Sunday morning called ‘Sunday Funday’. This includes all children from ages 3 years to 12 years. Our vision is to develop and strengthen a close personal relationship with Jesus and people. Children attend with their families the first 15 minutes of the morning service and move into Sunday Funday after the weekly Kids’ Talk. Parents/Caregivers are welcome to attend the class with their child. Children less than 10 years of age need to be collected from their group’s room at the end of the service by a parents or caregiver.

We regularly meet in small groups: Ages 3 – 5 years; Reception to Year 1; Year 2 -3; Year 4-5; Year 6-7.

In the school holidays, we run a holiday program where all children aged 3-12 attend together.  This provides a selection of activities and games and the focus of this time is fun and developing friendships. All staff and volunteers in our children program complete Child Safe Environment and Protective Practices requirements.

What about young people?
Young people attend with their families the first 15 minutes of morning service and move into the youth program after the weekly Kids’ Talk. The youth meet at the ‘Crash’ site – a crazy room that needs to be seen to be believed! The youth program runs through bible and life teaching in an age relevant way. All staff and volunteers in our youth program complete Child Safe Environment and Protective Practices requirements.
